Agnes — The Observant One

Agnes has lived on the street long enough to know everything, although she’ll insist she doesn’t pay attention to other people’s business.

She notices when your curtains stay closed too long, when a strange car parks across the road, and exactly how many glasses of wine you had on the porch last Tuesday. She won’t gossip, of course. Agnes is simply observant.

Those rosy cheeks and tiny red lips may suggest innocence, but don’t be fooled. Behind those enormous eyes is a remarkably efficient neighbourhood surveillance system.

Agnes doesn’t judge.

She just remembers.
